How do I book a session?

Please fill out my contact form! My contact form provides a lot of the questions that I will be asking when you are inquiring about a shoot. Filling out a form does not mean you HAVE to book this just helps me imagine what it is you are looking for.

Do you require a retainer at booking?

Yes, all bookings require a deposit to hold your date and confirm your shoot. Retainers for sessions are $100 and the rest is due by the day of your shoot. If ever the need for a payment plan, please reach out to me. I'm understanding. :)

How many images will we receive during our shoot?

You will receive all of the best images from your shoot, edited. I cannot provide you with a number as this may vary. I always provide you with quality work rather than the focus being on quantity.

When can I expect to receive my photos?

My current turnaround time for photos is 2-3 weeks. Wedding turnaround time can be anywhere from 2-3 months. I am constantly communicating with you about updates. I take my time perfecting every photo. Aside from photography, I work a full-time photography job for a wonderful company as well, so your patience is always appreciated!

What do I wear to my shoot?

Don't worry I usually like to talk to my clients and ask about outfits so I can make sure it fits the style of the location as well. Typically neutral colors get pictured best! One can avoid wearing any logos or crazy patterns. I'm not one to tell you what to do, but if you ask me, I say let's avoid the crazy logos and multiple patterns (ex. someone wearing stripes while someone wears floral)

Do you travel for shoots?

YES!! Please take me on an adventure! I'm willing to travel out of state or country for any type of session. There is a travel fee acquired if it is more than 30 miles from Highgrove, CA.

What can I expect at a photoshoot with you?

Expect to have fun and to smile and laugh a lot. I'm a big goofball and I like to focus on you being comfortable around me so we can get the best shots! Don't worry too much about posing. I will make sure to provide you with direction. But most of the time, you guys are secretly models and don't know it! The most important thing for me is that you have fun with it and are comfortable.

Where do we take the photos?

Once your contract is signed and the retainer fee is sent we speak locations! I ask a couple of questions to get a feel of what type of vibe you are trying to accomplish and I share locations I really feel will embody your vision! Your session will take place at a location of your choice. The best way to figure out where you want your pictures is to ask yourself what type of couple/person you are! I can photograph you in a place that is very meaningful to you or we can take the pictures somewhere pretty.
